A 3-phase development, the Otley Road Masterplan has been designed by Halliday Clark with the aim of creating high quality, affordable housing.
The first phase, Octavia Court (47 dwellings, apartments and houses), was completed in 2009, Phase 2 (Otley Road East (19 houses) in 2010 and Heap Lane (Phase 3) was completed in August 2013.
