Affordable Housing is classed as housing for rent or sale that can be easily accessible by everyone no matter their age or pay. This can include affordable social housing, starter homes, discounted market sales, shared ownership and rents set below local market rents.

Having created more than 10,000 Affordable Housing units in the last 25 years, with a large portion of our current live jobs being in this sector, we have a wealth of experience in delivering low cost, high-quality affordable housing. We are experienced in working with local authorities to overcome the complexities that occur within this sector, whether this is community engagement, funding complications or site constraints.
