Halliday Clark was commissioned by the Client to create a concept design for the refurbishment and extension of a 1960’s property which lay within a long narrow plot within the village of Sprotbrough.

Developed and built by the Client as a self-build, the concept has been faithfully maintained down to every last detail, creating a light, spacious, modern home.

Following its completion, the Client has commissioned Halliday Clark to design a new build dwelling in the same village.
