Blenheim Terrace, the conversion of a former hotel into high quality, luxury apartments, together with a significant extension to the existing building.

The scheme was sensitive by nature due to the site being located within the Scarborough Castle Conservation Area and a high density of surrounding properties meant that overlooking and privacy issues had to be considered as part of the planning process.
