A new build 11,970 sq ft home replacing the former Salesbury Hall as part of a 250 acre estate masterplan, which included the restoration of adjoining the stable building to form a two bedroom dwelling, together with planning permission for the conversion of the neighbouring farm complex into a rural office park.

The scheme received a Civic Design & Conservation Award in 2007.
