Halliday Clark, as members of Wates Construction’s National School Framework, were successful in securing this commission with Wates for Leeds City Council Education Department for the creation of a new build primary school adjacent to the existing Little London Community Primary School site.

Working as part of the Wates Construction team, Halliday Clark has developed cost effective proposals which meet the Authority’s planning and educational needs, and was completed on site in September 2014.
