Halliday Clark was appointed as part of a Leeds University Framework Agreement to convert the Grade II Listed University Emmanuel Church building into a University conference centre, chaplaincy and lecture suite.
Halliday Clark obtained the necessary “faculty” approvals for the major restoration and conversion prior to de-consecration, obtained full planning and listed building consents and provided full architectural services to completion on site.
