Our clients bought this redundant former garage and store building within the grounds of a listed building.

Halliday Clark worked closely with the client and local authority to create this ‘EnerPHit‘ Passivhaus conversion using an independent lining construction and full MVHR system.

The scheme received several local Civic Society awards in 2016 including Best Restoration Project, Sustainability Winner and Best Project.
