Halliday Clark were appointed by Bradford MDC to design this 3-phase affordable housing scheme on a redundant large allotment complex in close proximity to Bradford City Centre.
The development consists of 92 No. high quality affordable houses, all of which have been designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 with particular emphasis on providing a community for residents and the wider local community.
