Jessica joined Halliday Clark in September 2017 following the successful completion of her masters in architecture and qualified as an Architect in 2019. Jessica works on a variety of projects from single, private dwellings to large-scale affordable housing, education and healthcare schemes. She uses her proficiency in programs such as Photoshop, Sketchup and AutoCAD to communicate design ideas and present projects, and is particularly adept in 3D visualisation using rendering software and SketchUp to create accurate images of proposed designs, helping clients to understand how the building will work in 3D.
Jessica has sound knowledge and experience of all aspects of the regulatory procedures involved in delivering projects, including obtaining Planning and Building Regulations approvals on sensitive and historic sites. She uses her experience of delivering projects at all RIBA Work Stages from concept through to completion to guide clients at each stage and realise their projects.
