Halliday Clark submit ground-breaking student living scheme in Leeds

Halliday Clark have submitted proposals to Leeds City Council for this 604-bed, £40m student scheme at Carlton Hill. Replacing a scheme designed by Halliday Clark over 25 years ago on the same site, for the same developer Pickard Properties, the new design provides affordable accommodation with student ‘wellbeing’ at its heart. “We believe this scheme may be unique, certainly in Leeds, and possibly in the UK, specifically responding to the issues surrounding students’ mental health”, says Director Adam Clark. Halliday Clark enjoy the LABC grand finals

Richard, Adam and David attended the LABC grand finals in London this November. Both our projects, The Walks in Flintshire, and 1 Parish Ghyll in Ilkley were regional winners in their respective categories so it was great to see our projects up there with the best in the country.
