This sector covers a wide variety of buildings, including but not limited to offices, showrooms, and shops. As both commercial architects and retail architects, we have strong experience in the commercial office and retail sector, having completed many award-winning, new build and refurbishment schemes. In parallel, we have been involved in many art and leisure projects, which have an element of commercial use be it for administration accommodation, front of house hospitality and retail use.

Our understanding of the technical aspects of servicing, accessing and arranging shell commercial spaces, within a historic fabric or new build situation, allows us to stretch concepts to new levels, exploring materials, lighting and spatial arrangements to the maximum with the technical know-how to physically create these ideas on the ground.

Despite being commercial building architects, we believe office design needs to re-focus on human beings and not on technology, which is why we design all our offices with the long term well-being and comfort of its occupiers in mind, whilst ensuring that the spaces created are attractive, sustainable, flexible and meet the developer’s financial requirements.
